Q: What are SOS's rates?
A: The minimum service fee is $75.00 plus tax. That covers the first 45 minutes of the visit. Please note that most incidents are resolved within the first 45 minutes, however, if additional time is required, our technician will estimate how much longer the job will take. Go to top of page

Q: Do I have to bring my computer in?
A: No . You don't need to crawl underneath your desk. Our qualified technicians come to your home or office. If the system needs to be taken off-site to complete the job or repair, we unplug everything and set it back up when we return.Go to top of page

Q: How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
A: Usually, most jobs are scheduled within 24 hours, and very often can be done the same day. Go to top of page

Q: Warranty on service and equipment.
A: SOS offers a 30 day warranty on service performed, and 90 days for parts.Go to top of page

Q: Hours of operations?
A: We are open 7 days a week. We can therefore schedule appointments weekdays, after business hours and weekends. Go to top of page

Q: How far will SOS travel?
A: SOS covers the entire Ocean County including Long Beach Island (LBI) and surrounding areas. We have also serviced customers in Monmouth, Burlington and Atlantic counties, so call us at 609-698-3975 to schedule an appointment.Go to top of page

Q: Are there any special rates for seniors?
A: Yes. 5% discount is offered to our senior friends. Go to top of page
